The Relational Resource [TRR]

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, our services aim to introduce clarity, healing, growth, and guidance.

About Us

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, our services aim to introduce clarity, healing, growth, and guidance. We also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

We help clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let's help you achieve a more positive outlook on life so that you can gain the tools necessary to get there. We can help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

Our team is certified, credentialed, educated, and trained to support you in your journey with betrayal trauma, sex addictions, prenatal and postnatal care (birth trauma), high-conflict separation & high-conflict divorce, co-parenting, and custody matters.

Collectively, our staff has received training, credentials, and/or certification in EMDR, Pia Mellody's Model of Codependency, The Minwalla Model, somatic, training, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), AASECT, APSATS, IMAGO Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM).

We also hold active memberships through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM), AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists), and the American Bar Association (Associate Member - Family Law). We often say that the pain from betrayal trauma doesn't go away even if the relationship ends. We understand firsthand that oftentimes we are thrown into situations we would never have chosen for ourselves. We hope that our training and experiences can now serve as a resource for others living with this trauma. We truly believe that relationships can heal and continue on a path of peace and understanding.

DAC/TRR Credentials and Education: APSATS, NICABM, AASECT, HCDC, ABA, and APPPAH.
